About our Scholarship Program
“Here at The Culture House, we strive for accessibility, excellence, stewardship, diversity, and creativity. Scholarships are just one way that all of these ideals come to life. Scholarships provide access to students who may not otherwise be able to afford arts education. This welcomes students with a variety of backgrounds to participate in the arts and creates space for them to share their stories, and we are all the better for it. Encouraging young voices in the arts world today means equipping creative leaders for tomorrow. Scholarships are a way for us to not just give back but also to give forward towards the future of our community. We invite you to be a part of these inspiring stories!”

Art Gallery Scholarship
Thalia, a member of our Foundry Art Club, has been a participant in our scholarship program for a number of years, often placing in our Spring Showcase Art Galleries. Thanks to our scholarship program, Thalia has another reason to pursue her artistic passion. Not only that, but Thalia is also an entrepreneur in the arts. When asked one year how she was going to spend the money, Thalia exclaimed “I can put this towards my jewelry making business!” Her wins have earned her scholarship awards that continue encouraging her to create! Congratulations, Thalia!

Scholarship Opportunities
Program Scholarships
We believe arts education should be accessible to all. Program scholarships help cover costs of camps and classes for individuals and families in our community. If you would like more information about these scholarships, contact info@culturehouseca.org.
Music Scholarships
High school and college students pursuing music are invited to participate in our Strings & Songs Masterclass each fall. Select students will have the opportunity to perform in our evening recital, and scholarships will be awarded to the winners of each category to encourage continued learning opportunities in music.
Art Gallery Scholarships
During our Spring Showcase, students in middle school and above contribute artwork to our gallery. Submissions are evaluated by a panel of judges made up of professional artists in our community. Scholarships are awarded to top students in each category. Applications for gallery submissions open each spring.
